The successful candidates will provide individualised, person-centred care according to residents’ care plans in order to maintain independence and enable residents to enjoy the best quality of life possible.
Skills and Experience required
- Cert III or greater in Aged Care
- Demonstrated experience working in Aged Care
- Well-developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the role
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
- Flu and COVID vaccinations (or approved exemption)
