Call Centre Agent at Digital Agency 

This is not a cold calling role….

Social Garden is looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our growing call centre team. This role is primarily contacting people who have enquired about studying or RPL. 

Ideally, we’re looking for people who are interested in casual work over the next 3-months. We’re looking for people to do a minimum of 20 hours per week. You will be paid $30 per hour to perform your duties. The role is suited to a recent graduate looking to get into sales and marketing. There is an opportunity for this to turn into a full-time role.

What will you do day-to-day?

• Contact people who are interested in studying with particular institutions
• Contact people who have enquired about a particular property or development
• Manage a high volume of calls using a VIOP system that’s integrated into Salesforce
• Put the customer first, ensure the customer experience is a positive one
• Capture data on the call and write handover notes that summarise the call
• Maintain an accurate and up to date database within Salesforce

 What is needed to be successful? 

• Great attitude and a positive approach to sales and customer service
• Proven experience in customer service and/or sales
• Hands-on, get-it-done attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Empathy for the customer's point of view
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
