COVID-19 is the most significant public health issue of our time, and will affect all aspects of our health services. As a Call Centre Administration Officer at the Southern District Health Board, you'll help keep our staff informed and prepared to manage the risks of COVID 19.
About the team
You'll be working to support our Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) by answering COVID related queries from staff and providing guidance based on Ministry of Health and SDHB guidelines and policies. Reporting to the Service Improvement Manager, you will be supported to ensure our staff are able to access the information they need to manage their own health and queries about operational hospital services when we have community spread of COVID. This is to support the continued running hospital health services efficiently.
About the role
As Call Centre Administration Officer - COVID-19, you will be responsible for providing trusted advice and guidance to our staff. We are accepting full or part-time applications to work between 8am-5pm, five days a week. However, due to the constant evolution of the situation, you may be asked to work evenings and weekends in the future.
