About Workwise

Workwise is a unique agency. Our staff are skilled in mental health and employment. Employers value our services, as we go above and beyond a usual recruitment agency - and we do it for free. People returning to work value our support, as we don't just place people in a job and walk away.

The role

We have a part time role available, 24 hours per week. The days worked can be discussed with the right candidate

You'll work closely with district health board mental health teams, social development agencies, government and non-government organisations, employers and of course the wider Wise Group family. You will provide specialised administration support to the team leader and employment consultants. This includes using our leading-edge electronic database software, collation and presentation of data, formatting and finalising reports and general administration.

You
As well as a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, you will demonstrate:

  • A high level of initiative and organisational skills
  • An eagle eye for detail
  • Technically proficient
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in the practical application of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • NZ Certificate in Business (Administration and Technology) (level 4 or above)

The Covid-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Order 2021 requires staff working in health-related services to be fully vaccinated (this includes any subsequent boosters). As a provider we are responsible for ensuring all of our employees are vaccinated as per the mandate and employees are responsible for ensuring we have access to their information.

What's in it for you
At Workwise we believe everyone has skills, talents and potential and we're dedicated to working together to move mountains for the people using our services! We are an internationally recognised provider of evidence-based employment support. As part of our passionate team you'll enjoy leading employment conditions including flexible working arrangements, and generous annual leave.
