Clerk Grade 1/2: Salary range ($66,298 pa - $72,007) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
In addition, we are looking to develop a talent pool for Business Support Assistant roles, which may become available in the next 18 months for both ongoing and temporary opportunities.

About the role
The Programs Team support the delivery of a number of programs across Western Sydney Nepean Blue Mountains(WSNBM) and South West Sydney(SWS) District’s however it’s key focus is DCJ’s Headleasing Program.
DCJ utilises Headleasing to increase its supply of housing stock. This is done by leasing properties from the private rental market and then sub-leasing them to public housing tenants.
The Business Support Assistant position is an entry-level position where you will directly support the client service delivery team. The primary purpose of this role is to provide a high level of support through managing a range of administrative and client service functions.
Your day-to-day functions may include but are not limited to:
Action and respond to inspection requests, repair reports and rent queries received from agents/landlords
Communication with various teams across WSNBM and SWS Districts and other stakeholders including agents, landlords and the Land and Housing Corporation(LAHC)
Manage workflows and assist in administrative functions to support all program teams including Headleasing, Relocations, Access and the Specialist Subsidy Assessment Team (SSAT)
Responding to telephone enquiries, providing information to clients as well as referring client enquiries and information onto client service staff.
Shared mail inbox management
Processing financial transactions for invoicing/good receipts
Manage client information to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and integrity
Collating and distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence
