Job Description

In this role you will be assisting our People & Culture and Training areas with a number of projects and daily administration related activities.   

Key Accountabilities will include:

  • Supporting key projects such as employee intranet portal launch.
  • Assisting with the review and update of policies and other documents.
  • Coordinating employee related activities - onboarding, exits, work place social events
  • Recruitment support - phone screening candidates, coordination of interviews, reference checks
  • General HR and Training administration - communications, culture related initiatives, general queries and support

Key Skills and Attributes required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong admin skills with high level of attention to detail
  • Extremely organised with the ability to multitask and ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Tech savvy - confident with MS Office applications and able to pick up systems quickly
  • Able to use your initiative to problem solve but also not afraid to ask questions
