Job Description
In this role you will be assisting our People & Culture and Training areas with a number of projects and daily administration related activities.
Key Accountabilities will include:
- Supporting key projects such as employee intranet portal launch.
- Assisting with the review and update of policies and other documents.
- Coordinating employee related activities - onboarding, exits, work place social events
- Recruitment support - phone screening candidates, coordination of interviews, reference checks
- General HR and Training administration - communications, culture related initiatives, general queries and support
Key Skills and Attributes required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong admin skills with high level of attention to detail
- Extremely organised with the ability to multitask and ensure deadlines are achieved
- Tech savvy - confident with MS Office applications and able to pick up systems quickly
- Able to use your initiative to problem solve but also not afraid to ask questions
