Job Description
The Business & Sales Operations (BSO) Group is the centre of excellence for cross-business execution performance, planning, and sales operations. We help scale execution, operationalise business and sales programs, drive business, sales, and partner transformation that accelerate Microsoft’s business objectives in ANZ.
This role reports to the Business Program Manager (BPM) Manager within BSO and as part of this team you’ll be responsible for the management and oversight of investments and resources across the business.

The purpose of this role
The Business Program Manager (BPM) supports the business in the following areas:
- Uses understanding of the organisation's strategy and deliverables for the upcoming year(s) to design budgets
- Prioritise investments and resources aligning to strategic priorities and GTM Plans, partnering with finance, marketing, and sales teams to bring our strategy to life via our investment and resource programs
- Drive management of spend and accountability across our investment and resource programs to maximise utilisation and Return on Investment (ROI). Design governance schedule, manage outsourced vendor(s), and empower program requestors with self-serve reporting to help achieve spend outcomes
- Define and track the success criteria and performance metrics (e.g., Objectives and Key Performance Indicators [KPIs]) for investment and resource programs. Conduct cost-benefit analyses to examine performance to value drivers (e.g., ROI)
- Use data analytics to derive insights that help identify current and future program risks and mitigation plans, as well as opportunities to streamline and optimise programs based on lessons learned

- Several years program management and financial analysis experience
- Experienced in delivering deep data analysis and actionable strategic insights
- Highly analytical, able to understand business metrics as well as customer and market trends across local marketing and investments
- Strong attention to detail from the big picture to tactical execution
- Exceptional cross-group collaboration skills to work across many teams and functions successfully and independently
Solutions mindset with a passion for simplifying the complex - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
