Job Description

We are looking for a Program Manager to manage the ACAI Customer Advocacy Program and land our solutions/offers/SKU across Europe and North America. This role is responsible managing the solution area success customer story contents, partner with sales community to land our SKU/Offers, create evidence assets and artifacts such as Win wires, Internal case study, External case study, Lost deal learnings, Podcast, Customer references, success customers stories, newsletters and share with WW team to support business win rate and drive competitive advantage including harvesting best delivery practices to harden solutions/offers/SKU. In addition, primarily focus on working with time zone sales manager, OU to land our solutions/SKU successfully to accelerate the pipeline, close the deal and help us to grow ACAI business (meet and/or exceed revenue target). 

You will engage with a passionate set of stakeholders across the company, different time zone, including but not limited to Sellers, Delivery team, Solutions Management, Engineering, Azure Product marketing, and Enterprise Commercial, Customer Success Unit. You will ensure that sales community has visibility of our offers/SKU, address any question & connect with the right team members to help them to close the deal, content is purpose-built for the customer journey, captures success customer stories, industry aligned and optimized for use across our business to support/drive business outcome, support helping to win the deal, and accelerate consumption value and make good impact in Microsoft business.

Responsibilities

Create strong partnership with Sales, GPO, Azure M&O to accelerate pipeline by providing right set of solutions/offers/SKU and help to close the deal, collect the feedback on selling, help harden the offers/SKU, and grow ACAI business (meet and/or exceed FY revenue target for ATZ).  i.e. #BetterTogether

Work across time zone operating unit to get insights about customer opportunities and create partnership to support and win the deal as “One Microsoft”.

Create artifacts such as Win wires, Internal case study, External case study, Lost deal learnings, LED Podcast, Customer references and success customers stories and share with WW team to increase win rate and shorten the sales cycles

Manage Customer Advocacy Evidence Program, SharePoint site and Power BI dashboard to publish all artifacts, reflect accurate data and values for sellers, delivery teams and stakeholders.

Facilitate team communication and engagement by providing regular status reports and newsletter to the core team and stakeholders. i.e. team, customer and stakeholder management.

Maintain and effectively communicate a roadmap of upcoming content and events across OU.

Ensure there is an open and proactive content feedback channel across Customer Evidence programs.

Collaborate with field, product marketing, engineering, legal, customer experience and sales teams to identify successful and engaging customers and partners, gather software/solutions deployment information and manage and showcase customer success stories and videos and evangelize them to multiple time zone customers.

Empowering Microsoft’s success by producing powerful success stories that are seen through the customer’s eyes, spotlighting the role played by the unique experiences and innovations Microsoft and industry solutions delivers to the customer to achieve their business outcomes.

Brings customer advocate to showcase success as references and advocates for customers across time zone and industry verticals by creating and sharing stories, project and program management skills, learnings, and best practices to support business outcomes.

Qualifications

Qualifications Preferred:

5+ years of experience creating technical documentation, training, or other information for business users and IT professionals.

1-2 years experiences supporting activation & landing, driving customer advocacy program, up-leveling the voice of the customer via a range of mediums including case studies, quotes, one-pagers, PR, videos, and speaking engagements

Understanding of the Industry solutions business (MCS) on how sales and delivery happen.

Experiences partnering with Sellers and Technical Delivery team to create win-win situation and help win the deal.

1-2 years’ experience creating/editing/publishing customer story, and Podcast reflecting impacts of the people & technology for the successful Microsoft-Customer Partnership. i.e., Amplifying awareness of our customers' business success

Experiences work with customers/field and partners to strategize, plan, manage and deliver compelling customer advocate programs in support of the sales of various industry solutions.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Technology, Engineering, or experience in related field. 

Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills.

Solid time management skills and ability to work independently or under supervision with a high level of integrity.

Advanced knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about offers and business solutions quickly and accurately. ​

Passion for cloud technologies and changing the world. 

Knowledge of database and design (SP, PowerBI, Azure DevOps), Content management system, authoring tools, and scripting language. 

The salary range for this role based in Colorado is from $143,000 to $214,000. At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
