Your role:

  • Maintain effective governance of the initiative portfolio of the teams reporting to the Senior Manager, Transversal Activities
  • Work with our partners in Finance, IT and Business Process & Transformation in OFMP to monitor, measure and analyze the Transversal Activities portfolio
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the strategic initiatives and interdependencies of the sector’s portfolio
  • Make recommendations to optimize alignment and sequencing in the sector to stay in line with the overall strategy
  • Coordinate the new Financial Markets products that impact the sector’s teams
  • Work in synergy with all the sector’s stakeholders to ensure quality execution
  • Take charge of and/or work on identifying, developing, implementing and managing change for initiatives of various sizes and complexity
  • Participate in and influence various forums that prioritize initiatives in order to maximize the transformation opportunities of the Transversal Activities team

We offer the opportunity to work remotely. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Transversal Activities, OFMP and has a management scope of six. You will work daily with a team of experts from several areas, including:

  • Business Process & Transformation, OFMP
  • Business Process Improvement, OFMP
  • Financial Markets
  • New Product Committee
  • IT Delivery, Financial Markets
  • A completed bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience OR a completed master's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Solid understanding of the Financial Markets sector and business challenges across the Bank
  • Strong ability to simplify and summarize information
  • Ability to lead strategic discussions
  • Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders
  • Experience in portfolio and project management
  • Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French), essential
