The Business Support team operate as a shared service resource providing a wide range of administrative support to the large and busy Resources group - our clientele is diverse, ranging from Park Rangers to Librarians, Pool Lifeguards and more!
We're on the lookout for a highly proficient Business Operations Administrator to provide administrative excellence in a demanding and exciting environment. We support both internal and external customers, and can guarantee your days will be busy and varied; typical duties include helping customers to book community facilities and park spaces, assisting staff with goods receipting, purchase orders, travel bookings, drone applications and so much more!
What you bring:
Due to the size of our group and the variety of work, it's a given that you're an adaptable individual who is dynamic when it comes to managing your workload in the face of competing priorities. Your methodical approach, paralleled with a capability to multi-task across a range of activities, allows you to maintain your accuracy and attention to detail, even with high volumes of work.
You'll be a whizz and have an advanced level of computer knowledge with the Microsoft suite of programmes, and you'll learn to navigate existing internal systems with ease. Experience with SAP would be an advantage.
With a strong administrative background, you may even hold a qualification in Business Administration. You'll find building relationships with different people comes naturally, as you deal with customers directly and work behind the scenes to make sure the administrative side is met promptly and accurately. You'll be intuitive to look to alternative solutions if and when a problem arises.

Salary: $49,838 - $55,250 per annum
