The role

Make a positive impact on your community by helping people become financially self-sufficient, find purpose & support their families.

You'll be empowering a small team of DES consultants in our Preston and Greensborough offices, driving the very best outcomes for jobseekers who have a disability. Your teams' success is what drives you. Training and mentoring and continually supporting your staff to ensure they reach their KPI’s. You are the kind of person who leads from the front, engaging with jobseekers to provide tailored services.

What makes a great Business Manager?

You are socially driven and commercially minded.

Your business mindset is essential in reading and interpreting data, networking with local business in the Plenty region and planning for future success. Your resilience and problem-solving skills will support you in solving complex issues as they arise.

We encourage managers with previous experience in Employment Services but also welcome managers from any industry that focus on great service and achieving targets.

We are also happy to consider Senior Employment Consultants who are ready to progress their career.
