Join APM Busselton as a Business Manager, where you can apply your people skills and management experience to lead and support a jobactive team. Your work will help people on the jobactive program find long term employment and become independent again.  This role will include managing Collie, Manjimup and Margaret River, so you will need to travel.

The role

You'll be empowering and motivating employment consultants to drive the very best outcomes for job seekers who are on the jobactive program. Your teams' success is what drives you, so regular training and mentoring will be important, supporting them to hit their KPIs. You'll also lead by example, engaging with job seekers to provide tailored employment services.
