Our Claims Business Intelligence Team provides accurate data and accompanying insight to the Claims Operational areas and Claims Finance Business Partner Teams. The team is spread across Perth, Glasgow and Norwich and you can be based out of any one of those offices covered by our smart working policy which offers a blend of office and home working.
The role involves providing insight and challenge on claims performance in indemnity spend, operational expenses & customer experience.
Building relationships with the claims senior management team, claims operations and claims finance
Understanding of data trends
Explanation of observed trends
Relationship management with claims; providing support
Managing workload and engaging manager/fellow team members where appropriate

A salary around £30,000 depending on location, experience and qualifications
