We are currently recruiting for a Business Improvement Manager to join our Wellington based team. In this rewarding and diverse role you will be responsible for many elements of organisational improvement such as providing support and advice to large programmes of work, coaching individuals throughout the organisation and working alongside our people leaders to help them and their team thrive in their continuous improvement journey.
You will be accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of the Continuous Improvement programme, ensuring the work is scoped appropriately, delivered in a timely manner and accurately reported. You will need to have the experience at a LSS black belt level to coach to all levels using the LEAN Six Sigma methodology, and project management principals, providing our people with high quality, innovative and results focused advice and support.
