Job Description
Your main roles and responsibilities will include:
- Hunting/prospecting and closing new businesses at all revenue levels
- Generate and manage client pipeline to achieve new business and growth
- Research, identify, and acquire clients on a consistent basis
- Conduct meetings to secure business
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high standards of service always
- Be proactive in all areas of marketing to create awareness and new business opportunities
- Keep prospective client database updated
- Attend relevant industry events
- Achieve revenue targets and meet individual KPIs
Requirements
- At least 3-4 years Business Development experience with a recruitment agency in the UAE
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Must have an outgoing and friendly personality
- Excellent in client acquisition/client onboarding
- Constantly connecting with prospective clients through networking platforms/industry events
