The Role

Domaine expertise /Skill Set:

• Guidewire
• PolicyCenter (GW)) Personal Insurance Homeowners Implementation expertise
• Expertise with Producer Engage (GW) Implementation
• Experience in PolicyCenter (GW) Integration with third party vendors to support Quote/Upload/Download
• Systems integrations between core systems – Policy and Billing/Claim/Downstream Reporting including data flow

Agile/SAFe PO/PM experience

Responsible for translating the business scope into features to be consumed and executed on by the delivery teams for both projects and enhancements:

• Ability to integrate and interpret information from various sources
• Ability to synthesize and evaluate the results of complex analysis
• Support feature definition and/or requirements analysis across business areas and multiple system domains
• Ability to identify cross application impacts as well as impacts to Broker, Vendor and/or Internal Customer
• Works closely with system architects and technical application leads to ensure solution and design remain in line with future capabilities, and industry technologies
• Effectively facilitate working sessions with Business and Functional areas to drive consensus and create a shared understanding of Business Intent and obtain “sign-off”
• Ensure the handoff to Delivery execution team is smooth (walkthrough with impacted teams/applications/trains)
• Provides input into planning to ensure dependencies are understood and work is sequenced appropriately

Acts as the liaison between Business Stakeholders and IT Delivery ensuring priorities are aligned and business capabilities and objectives are being realized through delivery execution and in preparation for and during Increment Planning

• Collaborate with Business leads and Subject Matter Experts in prioritizing work, managing to approved scope and stakeholder expectations. 
• Accepts features as done, which is the agile equivalent of “sign-off” that the work satisfies stakeholder requirement expectations
• Collaborate with Product Management and Solution Management
• Collaborate with Release Management

Active Participant in Train events

• Participate in Pre, PI and Post-PI planning
• Participate in solution demos and Inspect & Adapt Sessions
