What is the opportunity?

As a Data Scientist of the Workforce Management and Logistics Delivery Team, you will support decision making by conducting and delivering predictive as well as prescriptive analysis, in a timely and efficient manner.

What will you do?

Collect data from various databases to perform data analysis using statistical techniques as well as data visualization tools such as Power BI

Apply time series as well as machine learning techniques for capacity forecasting/prediction purposes

Develop, solve and maintain optimization models to support capacity planning

Document requirements, specifications, methodology and assumptions

Present and interpret results as well as providing recommendations to business stakeholders

Interact with stakeholders and learn from operational managers experiences

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or Master’s degree in Management in Analytics, Math/Stat, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering,

Programming skills in SQL, Python/R, VBA, any mathematical programming language

Knowledge and experience in descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics

Aptitudes in problem solving as well as in trouble shooting

Ability to document and present complex topics in an adequate manner

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Autonomy, responsibility and accountability

Customer focused, business oriented and innovation driven

Ability to work under pressure

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-have

Knowledge in ETL, Power BI, SAS, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS and MDX language.

Workways profile: remote

Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm (40h/week)
