Job Description

Must haves:

·       3+ years’ experience providing translating business requirements.

·       3+ years of demonstrated experience in the ability to understand and develop lessons learned in previous engagements.

·       3+ years of demonstrated experience in completing analysis including outlining problems, risks, opportunities and solutions.

 

A note on Assignment Type: This position is currently listed as "Onsite"; however, the consultant will be remote due to COVID-19 related Work from Home (WFH) direction. Once the I&IT cluster staff are required to return to the office, the resource under this request will be required to work onsite as well.

 

Description

Review and update PCT Tool data.

 

The candidate will support activities and initiatives through the completion of deliverables to maximize the value delivered by a branch to its stakeholders. The role will work with various levels of staff across the Divisions and with MGCS partners and will include:

  • Business analysis, translation of business requirements, reviewing the analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, risks and solutions. 
  • Development of collateral and documentation to articulate these items for consumption by senior management and stakeholders.

 

The candidate will:

  • work with operational staff across the Division to obtain required procurement and contract management reporting data.
  • work with all levels of staff across the Divisions and corporate partners.
  • have the ability to leverage multiple source documents to gather data to support accurate PCT Tool reporting.

Skills

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

 

Work Experience - 35%

·       3-5 years’ experience providing translating business requirements.

·       3-5 years of demonstrated experience in completing analysis including outlining problems, risks, opportunities and solutions.

·       3-5 years of demonstrated experience in the ability to understand and develop lessons learned in previous engagements.

 

Communication Skills - 35%

·       3-5 years of demonstrated experience in facilitating communications (e-mail, presentations, Briefing Notes) with Sr. Management and operational delivery teams,

·       3-5 years of demonstrated experience in facilitating and creating documentation and reports.
