Job Description

What is the opportunity?

RBC Dominion Securities Branches located in Downtown Vancouver and Marine Gateway are looking for a Branch Technology Specialist to join their team. You will be training IA Teams face-to-face on various DS applications in an efficient and professional manner.

 

* Please note: this role requires travel between two DS Branches located in Vancouver.

 

What will you do?

  • Book technology presentations and training sessions with DS Branches and IA Teams
  • Provide support for all desktop PCs, laptops, telephone and printers for RBC Dominion Securities branches
  • Provide administration, maintenance, optimization and technical support for end users
  • Identify computer hardware, software and telecommunication malfunctions and take action to resolve issues
  • Handles and investigates all tech related charges on the P&L/CRE reports
  • Handles all onsite tech trades and JLL requests related to technology

  

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Two years of experience at DS
  • Troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, computer/printer networks, various DS applications
  • Ability to work under pressure
