The successful candidate will possess excellent people skills and value the integrity of record keeping.

Your day to day duties will include but not be limited to the following:

· Bank reconciliation and data entry for multiple retail stores  

· Accounts Payable

· Accounts Receivable

· Assist Store Managers with the collection of debts and other enquiries  

· GST reconciliation

· Assist with End of Month close

· End of Year reporting

· Assist with End of Year Audit       

· Assist other members of the Finance team as and when required 

Your skill set/experience will include but not be limited to:

· Training will be provided

· Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner

· Excellent time management skills with the ability to deliver on deadlines and work autonomously
