I am currently recruiting for an experienced Billing and Accounts Coordinator, to join an exciting team, working in the private medical sector. This team are responsible for coordinating billing contracts with external providers such as ACC and DHBs.

You Will Also:

  • Coordinate across various departments to ensure communication of claims information
  • Prepare and communicate timely estimates and invoices
  • Ensure invoices are sent through to various providers to ensure payments and regulation procedures are followed
  • Liaise with internal/external suppliers to ensure all invoicing information has been collected
  • Ensure additional charges are billed correctly, coordinating treatment injury claims and follow through of processing

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to expand their financial administration experience, who has worked in the medical or finance sectors previously.

  • 3 years’ experience in a Billing or Financial Administration role, with good knowledge of core financial principles
  • IntermediateAdvanced MS Excel skillset, with a confidence to hit the ground running using new systems
  • Confidence to liaise with internal/external suppliers at any level, with an affinity for numbers and processes
  • Experience working in the medical sector is advantageous
