The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms. We’re looking for innovative team players ready to take some of the most well-known entertainment brands in the country to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Design / develop / maintain training documents (classroom handouts, instructional materials, manuals, aids), facilitates systems and processes training, and provides daily support for all TV sales staff  Training may occur in classroom setting, one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and via WebEx
• Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employee work behaviour
• Determine training needs through evaluations / surveys, observation, assessments, studying system results, and conferring with sales management
• Develop individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources, providing coaching, conducting training sessions, developing outcome improvement
• Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, etc
• Liaise between the business units
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education; training in adult education would be an asset
• Bilingual is a must; highly proficient in both spoken and written English and French
• In depth experience with broadcast applications and processes are a must, as well as knowledge of various department tasks – i.e. sales, traffic, finance, etc
• Extensive knowledge of application software including Microsoft Office, IBMS,  Salesforce, proposal / booking / broadcast software, etc
• Able to present complex information to a variety of audiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative and decision making skills required
• Self-starter and motivator, with the ability to be work under continuous pressure and maintain flexibility
• Attention to detail and accuracy a must; exceptional organizational skills
• Developed analytical and research skills
• Ability to prioritize and demonstrated multi-tasking, time management skills
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

Hours of Work:

40 hours per week. Additional overtime hours as required

Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
