About MoveSnap - MoveSnap is looking to be a part of every move that takes place in Canada.  Our digital moving concierge platform helps those moving stay on task, on time, on budget and save money on what they want when they need it.  Our digital platform also helps Real estate professionals (Builder, Realtors, Lawyers) focus on their area of expertise while we take care of their clients.

 

What is the opportunity?

We are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for a passionate and driven leader to head our Partner Success Management team to the next level. As a Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the growth, expansion and adoption of MoveSnap Services within our partner channel. You will engage with existing partners to develop broad and deep alliances, drive all on-boarding activities, provide training, facilitate engagements, conduct quarterly reviews, maintain relationships and drive value through our joint engagement in the field.

 

As a successful Partner Success Manager at Movesnap, you are extremely sales oriented and are able to influence at all levels. You are assertive possessing strong leadership, relationship, and interpersonal skills. You are admired for your strong, dynamic presentation skills and your ability to energize audiences.

 

What will you do?

Manage your portfolio of partners ensuring maximum engagement, account penetration, retention and loyalty. Responsible for setting strategic plans and working with our partners, our sales and our marketing teams to execute them.

Actively track joint engagement pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.

Manage alliances, activities and successes in our CRM system.

Monitor partners’ business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase engagement within these strategic accounts.

Be the focal point to drive consulting partner activities and alignment within the organization.

Support analysis of performance and pipeline, developing partner-specific insights and recommendations for initiatives that improve overall performance.

Set objectives and manage alliance objectives including corporate meetings, quarterly business model reviews and pipeline/delivery project management.

Manage the onboarding of all new partners and provide on-going training. Conduct presentations and project roll-outs in front of large and/or small customer groups.

Proactively manage key partner usage, adoption and conversion rates, delivering to set KPI’s.

Manage partner renewals and other such key milestones.

 

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

Extensive experience and a proven, demonstrable, track record of driving incremental growth in partner relationships.

You have 5+ years of experience in managing client relationships preferably in B2B software / SaaS environments

Ability to understand partner business priorities and to identify opportunities that create value for Partners, Customers and MoveSnap.

Excellent organizational skills, capable of handling tactical items while never losing sight of long-term strategic goals. You are detail oriented and have excellent project management skills.

Ideally you have a broad understanding of Canada’s Real Estate, Law firm, and Builder partner community.

 

Nice to have:

Fluent in French is an asset
