​​What is the opportunity?
MyAdvisor is a Multi-Channel advisor application that enables advisors to work with clients to help them save, plan and invest for their future. The Digital Advice Consultant (DAC) supports the entire sales force of Canadian Banking and support the delivery of Advice to their clients and collaborates with other support groups to build capability across their markets. The Digital Advice Consultant will serve to develop skills and knowledge about MyInvestment Portfolio, financial projections, product development, user acceptance testing (UAT) of the application and the creation & delivery of training content via WalkMe and other channels
What will you do?
- Act as the primary point of contact with Advisors and Advisor leaders to support and triage issues and questions arising from the market
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the MyInvestment Portfolio within the MyAdvisor platform
- Technical expertise integrating financial advice and planning recommendations into the coaching conversation with Advisor.
- Participate in the development of training content to support MyAdvisor capability enhancement. The content will include the integration of WalkMe into MyAdvisor, training videos and job aids
- Support the Business Support Analyst and Quality Engineering in conducting UAT and investigating the source of application defects
- As a subject matter expert will inform the enhancements and the evolution of the MyAdvisor roadmap
- Directly support the development and ongoing refinement of MyAdvisor’s digital vision and solutions
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
- Bilingual (French/English), both oral and written is required
- Experience using Financial Advice tools/Calculators with clients
- Experience with MyInvestmentPortfolio and knowledge of the Mutual Funds Industry
- Client Sales Experience
- Business or related undergraduate degree
- Ability to think on one’s feet and pivot from topic to topic
- The ability to be a self-learner
- Ability to complete tasks independently and collaboratively with colleagues and partners
- Ability to prioritize and organize simultaneous assignments and meet deadlines
- Service oriented attitude and desire for future growth potential
Nice to have:
- CFP or PFP designation (completed or in progress)
- CSC or IFIC
- Experience in video production
