What do you need to succeed?

Required Skills: 8+ Years Profiles

1. Worked in Group Insurance project or Experience in Life Insurance domain.
2. Requirement analysis, test cases design , test execution in scrum or agile development environment supporting a software product.
3. Lead a team and worked in onsite offshore model.
4. Must have experience in BI reports & Database SQL testing.
5. Create test plans based on feedback from the business and technology teams.

 Nice to have:

• Participate in test case reviews with the client service desk and developers.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of team members.
• Experience in working with Test management and Issue management tools like ALM, Zephr, JIRA etc
