What is the opportunity?

As the Senior Service Specialist your primary focus will be to assist Investment Advisors and or respective teams with ongoing life and living benefit insurance policy servicing.  Main focus for the role will always be to go above and beyond providing the best possible service delivery.  The Senior Service Specialist will also work with Estate Planning Specialist and teams as they may be part of the policy service for their investment advisors and assist when requested.

What will you do?

• Review and assist with completions of forms from carrier
• Review and assist with understanding inforce illustrations
• Assist and review Investment Advisors list of life and living benefit insurance policies
• Monthly reports to advisors with upcoming premium, FIO’s, POP’s and renewal reminders.
• Branch presentations and one on one visits assisting with registrations and carrier navigations, understanding policy servicing.  Follow up with branches either via phone or in person keep their inforce servicing and policy reviews updated
• Problem solving and helping provide alternative solutions
• Investigations into policy behavior and providing detailed analysis
• Competitive recruits, Senior Service Specialist can be involved when policies have transferred over and require assistance

   

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Minimum of 1-2 years in a life and living benefit insurance role
• Post-secondary studies in a related field
• Excellent Communication skills in English and French
• Full Insurance Licensed (LLQP)
