Working with data in our team means:
- Acting as a data management and mining expert and working closely with analytics partners, data analysts and data scientists to carry out various mandates that cover the entire Bank and its subsidiaries.
- Applying rigorous analysis methods to large databases to understand trends and identify faults.
- Leveraging employee data to help improve the client experience and deliver a personalized employee experience.
- Having the opportunity to work on new data analysis trends within the industry.
Specifically, you will:
- Act as a key partner in the implementation of a major compensation transformation project
- Provide an overview of sector activities and EE KPIs by producing statistics and dashboards
- Design and develop data sets needed to develop key performance indicators in accordance with best practices
- Support and train users on the use and content of reports to maximize the adoption of solutions developed
- Be an agent for change and support partners (identify needs and suggest training activities) as part of the sector’s development in data analysis
- Monitor best practices and tools available in the data analysis field
- Design, automate and implement analytical solutions that meet the sector’s needs, in accordance with the ethical analytics framework and the Bank’s best practices
- Promote data analysis as part of the Bank’s mandates by suggesting ideas to Analytics Partner to increase the quality or efficiency of mandates, in keeping with the standards of the profession and changing practices
- Bachelor’s degree (or academic equivalent) in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience or master’s degree in a related field and 3 years of experience
- Excellent knowledge of Power BI as well as DAX and M languages
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau, an asset
- Experience in the employee experience field, an asset
- Knowledge of several of the Bank’s data environments, an asset
- Proactive and diligent
- Strong collaborative spirit
- Good time and priority management skills
- Experience in project management
- Ability to synthesize and communicate in non-technical language
- Good communication skills and ability to influence
- Able to navigate in uncertainty
- Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)
