Aspire Early Intervention is hiring Therapists and Registered Behaviour Technicians to service clients in the wider Sydney Region and the ACT region. 

This position is a part or full time position. This opportunity is excellent for someone who is looking to gain additional experience, and really help make a difference. This position is also ideal for people who are working towards degrees in Special Education, Speech Therapy, or Social Work. Candidates interested in getting BCBA certification supervision hours, or training in Applied Behavior Analysis should also apply.

If you are currently undertaking the Monash Masters course in Applied Behaviour Analysis, you will be guaranteed an interview. Aspire Early Intervention fosters a supportive work experience which can help you with training, guidance and resources. Each individual treatment plan is tailored to the client’s needs, developed and supervised by our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and Board Certified Associate Behaviour Analysts. (BCBA, BCaBA). 

Responsibilities:

•  Work in children's homes providing play based intervention and systematic teaching procedures
•  Work in preschool or day care settings with children implementing established goals and following treatment protocols
•  Organize and update program folder. Monitor and collect information about client’s behaviour and skills using data collection
•  Attend team meetings and individual supervision sessions

Qualifications:

•  Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s degree, new grad or higher (in psychology, education, social work, or related field

Preferred Criteria:

•  Prior experience working with individuals with Disabilities, specifically individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders in the homes and community
•  Must pass working with children check, criminal background check, and clearance.
•  Must have a reliable means of transportation to travel to case locations.

annual salary $60,000-$75,000
