Cafe Shenkin

Shenkin brings a great combination of Middle Eastern and European backgrounds to the table, with a warm atmosphere, caring service, and a bit of fun!

Our Cafes are located in Newtown, Enmore, and Erskineville.

We are looking for an amazing and friendly barista to join our team at Shenkin!

Requirements:

• Have previous experience as a barista
• Great communication skills
• Hands on, proactive and with enthusiastic attitude
• Be flexible and available to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Attention to detail

Duties include:

• Preparing hot and cold drinks (coffees, shakes, etc)
• Baking pastries
• Welcoming customers
• Taking orders
• Serving and clearing tables
• Processing payments
• General cleaning and dishwashing
• Placing orders with suppliers
