The Bracken Ridge Tavern (The BRT) is a multi-faceted fast paced venue on Brisbane’s northside. It is an award-winning family owned business, having recently been named Best Retail facility 2021 (Harry Brown’s), Best Hotel gaming venue and Best Hotel renovated space (Phoenix)  at the QHA Awards for Excellence; as well as Best Hotel gaming venue in Australia. It is well known for its great customer service and atmosphere.

We are seeking enthusiastic professionals to join the team at The BRT. We currently seeking experienced Bar & Wait Staff for the Tavern.

• Ensuring guest experience is of a consistent high standard
• Creating a great atmosphere for our customers
• Contributing to a culture of care and safety in the business

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• High standard of customer service skills (essential)
• Barista Experience (highly desirable) 
• Gaming (gaming candidates only)
• TAB & Keno (Sports or Gaming candidates only)
• Bar (Required for all areas)
• Availability to work across a 7-day roster including nights & weekends
