Working to deliver initiatives over several years, you will be the Technical Lead on the Automated Testing squad.

Your role:

• Support and promote continuous improvement
• Build effective and responsible teams that can make decisions and deliver
• Involve the whole organization
• Support your colleagues in the technical delivery
• Participate and support our clients in testing execution
• Promote and improve the various testing frameworks
• Enhance our service offering
• Maintain the stability of our applications
• Manage our clients’ expectations versus the team’s capacity
• Develop performance testing and data management frameworks

Your profile:

• Completed bachelor’s degree OR other degree in a related field with several years of relevant experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a technical lead in automated testing
• Knowledge of automated testing and continuous integration
• Understanding of the technical challenges and possibilities associated with development
• Knowledge of testing frameworks: Robot Framework, Selenium, SoapUI, ReadyAPI
• Knowledge of Git/Bitbucket, JUnit, Maven, Jenkins
• Experience in JavaScript/Python development (Java, an asset)
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Knowledge of Splunk, Applitools, Sauce Labs, an asset
• Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)
