Purpose of the Role
The key elements of this role encompass client relationship and risk management for key mid to large sized clients, incorporating credit & risk assessment, sales and cross-selling of Group products, new business development and origination (with existing and new customers) while supporting the wider team/ Corporate Banking Ireland objectives from a strategy, compliance, data quality and operational perspective.
Key accountabilities
- Support relationship management of a large portfolio of existing customers in a number of industry sectors, geographies and corporate types.
- Actively participate in and support the credit management activities of the team including critical review of risk and other material factors through assessment of financial and non-financial information.
- Support the proactive development of potential business growth opportunities from within the portfolio, including cross-sales.
- Preparation of facility offer letters and other legal and operational documentation.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with Group Code of Conduct and adherence to relevant compliance and regulatory controls.
