Job Description
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Assist and support the production activities for liquidity risk, interest-rate risk, pension fund and fund-transfer pricing
- Maintain and improve internal tools and analytic reports
- Act as an expert in data management by developing a knowledge of risk data and interacting with the various stakeholders
- Design tools to support and contribute to the improvement of risk management processes
- Enrich, maintain, and optimize the Corporate Treasury’s data analytics environments
- Support analytics and reporting needs and manage underlying data flows
- Collaborate to define business rules, prepare data sets, and make them available using reporting tools to facilitate proactive decision-making (Eg.: dashboard, analysis, report, model, database, etc.)
Competencies required:
- Degree in a related quantitative discipline (finance, economics, math, computer science) and at least 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of risk management fundamentals and financial markets
- Experience in ETL and data management (extraction, manipulation, analysis, and storage) using SQL, SSIS, Visual Studio or any other languages/tools
- Knowledge in data governance, an asset
- Experience in programming (Python, R, VBA, .NET, SAS, …)
- Knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, …), an asset
