The Associate Nurse Manager (ANM) will be responsible for shift by shift management of the CRWU to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff alike. They will oversee the withdrawal management, group program, support plan and overall milieu for clients on the unit. They will collaboratively with their colleagues as well as external stakeholders to ensure all work is carried out in a timely, efficient, effective and safe manner.
This leadership role will assist the NM to ensure that quality standards along with Monash Health’s values, vision, principle and policies are adhered to at all times. Along with the NM, the ANM will look to set, drive and maintain the professional culture and standards on the unit..
You will liaise with multiple stakeholders within and outside Monash Health.
