THE ROLE
Your role will be a training position to develop you into a successful consultant down the track. It will initially be to support in a range of administration and service requirements, leading to identifying and developing new business opportunities, building excellent customer relationships, and expanding our candidate and client base. You will also be required to:
• Determine and produce marketing material strategies to attract candidates.
• Review CV’s and talent pool through regular, meaningful contact.
• Interview and prep candidates for roles.
• Complete due diligence checks on candidates as required.
• Update and maintain the ATS

In addition to salary and uncapped commission structure, you will be working out of our new, central Auckland office, with easy access to the motorways. There are great cafes (…ok, I mean pubs) nearby, a pool-table to fine tune your skills whilst having 1:1’s with your team or managers and a decent coffee machine at the ready.
