Job summary
Ensure the design & administration of Executive & Sales compensation programs are compliant adhering to the Compensation Committee’s strategic governance & reporting requirements and market competitive to the industry / Skills - Analytics Data Analysis & Reporting Presentation
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage process for Compensation Committee meetings including preparing materials coordinating content across multiple functions within Cognizant and with external partners
- Lead the reviews of the materials with multiple stakeholders. Partner with external consultants in the preparation of externally reported materials including compensation-related proxy tables for inclusion in the annual proxy statement
- Support Cognizant’s various public disclosures to the SEC & other regulatory bodies as required
- Assist with the development and roll out of Senior management education programs and complete job evaluations and salary recommendations for Sr. Executive t roles
- Monitor equity usage & reporting required for quarterly board reviews
- Provide expertise on equity program design including performance share design and partner with accounting/finance on forecasts of equity compensation expense
