 Franklin Memorial Hospital, Waiuku, is a 16 bedded community based residential and inpatient facility, providing

• Residential care for people requiring hospital level of care

• Respite, Interim, and POAC care to support the local community and prevent admissions to MMH

• Palliative care – symptom control and end of life care

We are looking for someone who is passionate about individualised patient and whaanau centered care with,

• At least 3 years’ experience in caring for the elderly, people with disability or palliative care in a hospital or community setting

• Excellent communication skills

• Energy and patience enough to coach team members and assist with development of systems and processes to improve the experience of our patients, residents and their families
