Role specific skillsets:

The candidate shall be primarily assisting the Financial Due Diligence assignments and Support Services ( KPO ) in relation to Financial Due Diligence:

• Preparing Data Book
• Analysis of Financial Statements
• Reconcilations of Financial Statements and other matters like Revenue to Cash, Purchases to Cash, Payroll analysis.
• Market research related to Mergers and Acquisitions
• Supporting Mergers and Acquistion transactions.
• To participate in feasibility studies, peer benchmarking, profitability analysis with respect to transactions
• To analyze the financial results of companies and develop good understanding of business model. Document and report review, analyze and internal report creation.
• To prepare submissions on the finding noted during diligence process
• Should be strong at documentation of the work
• Should be a strong team player

• To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,

• Must haves:
• Accounting â€“ Knowledge of accounting and reading financial statements
• Should have a strong proficiency with MS office especially MS excel and MS power point
• Basic MS Excel â€“ Experienced in working with Microsoft Excel (good knowledge of Pivot, LookUp, Reference, Logical and Text Functions)
• Oral and written communication should be good
• Should be ready to travel and ready to work under tight deadlines
• Prefer to have good report writing skills with very good control over the language
• Preferred:
• Advance Excel including Macros/VBA
• Knowledge of tools like Tableau, Trifacta Wrangler, OpenRefine, etc. will be an advantage
