As an Asset Management Practice Advisor, you will contribute to the integration of major IT projects and mandates that have a significant impact on the Bank’s profitability and efficiency and which require high-level experience and expertise. Come join our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team!

We’re responsible for managing IT assets related to document management, document composition, digitization, electronic signature, and document sharing with clients. You’ll be a member of a squad responsible for implementing ECM capabilities and ensuring they are updated regularly. We’re scaling our DevOps and cloud initiatives and want to speed up our transformation in the coming years. We need your drive and talent to succeed!

Your role

• Act as a team expert on all ECM asset portfolio management processes (ITIL)
• Help define the asset roadmap, including coordinating some daily asset management governance and operational activities (e.g., backup testing, operational readiness, NYDFS, ORSA, penetration testing)
• Handle maintenance contract and license renewals with the Sourcing team
• Support the squads in handling activities related to the operational integration of new solutions
• Govern the transfer of knowledge to the ECM support team about changes made to the various assets
• Take charge of creating and communicating the KPIs related to stabilization and make recommendations about the files to prioritize to ensure that our assets are soundly managed
• Provide visibility on technical debt, obsolescence, and business impacts
• Create CIs in the application file, CMDB, approval table (changes), manage user access and User Support call scripts
• Collaborate on updating permanent documentation.

Your profile

• Completed bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience or other degree and several years of relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of various operational processes and asset management (ITIL)
• Leadership and initiative
• Strong ability to summarize information
• Ability to work on a team in a very dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French).
