Have the opportunity to work with business line partners on the Bank’s digital transformation by implementing conversational technologies and artificial intelligence.

This position reports to the IT leader in conversational artificial intelligence.

Your main challenges:

• Work with the Product Owner and other analysts on virtual assistant projects to collect, document, and analyze information in order to validate and prioritize the business and technical needs of all stakeholders
• Work with architects and the development team to identify consistent and relevant business and technological solutions related to business objectives and organizational issues
• Work with the teams of scientists to continuously develop and optimize the smart virtual assistants at the Bank
• Carry out various analyses (context, scope, issues, impacts, stakeholders, processes, use cases, user stories, etc.) required to develop and implement defined solutions
• Participate in the production of estimates and service proposals
• Help POs/users prepare and carry out strategies and final acceptance test plans
• Serve as a coach for your colleagues.

Ideal profile:

• Experience with analysis on virtual assistant? projects
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent ability to summarize information and present it to stakeholders
• Independent and sound priority management skills
• Strong ability to adapt
• Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)
• Knowledge of conversational technologies (chatbots, voicebots, etc.) or artificial intelligence, an asset
• Experience setting up operational processes and/or managing the demand of a large company, an asset.
