About the Role:
- Provide outcome-focused leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals
- Coach and develop to optimise performance and engagement
- Effectively prioritise key business activities (customer, employee, operational, financial) to achieve targets
- Develop and sustain productive customer relationships through prioritisation of customers and their needs
- Ensure services are timely, accurate and meet legislative, customer SLA and Konekt standards
- Manage a small portfolio of occupational rehabilitation cases
- Achieve revenue targets and effectively manage cost
Who you are:
- ASORC registered Rehabilitation Counsellor (or Psychologist / Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist / Exercise Physiologist with the relevant professional registration / membership)
- Seeking the next step in your career, whether seeking a new leadership opportunity or are new to a leadership role
- Strong, demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Demonstrated success in coaching and developing individuals and influencing teams
- Demonstrated background in account management, new business development and enhancing services with existing customers
- Exceptional organisational and time management to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Energetic, enthusiastic, positive and motivated approach
- Willingness to undergo a new National Criminal History check upon successful application
