We currently have 2 opportunities for Appointment Coordinators to join our team at Manukau Health Park as outlined below;

  • Casual position which you will need to be available Monday to Sunday to cover at short notice
  • Full time working Monday to Sunday

The Referral & Appointment Centre, is responsible for coordinating referrals, scheduling outpatient appointments and elective theatre bookings. We communicate with patients/whanau, clinicians and relevant teams involved in patient's care.

It is essential you have:

  • 2+ years experience in an administration/customer service
  • Advanced user of MS Office Suite and a quick learner of IT applications
  • Experience working within a large & diverse team
  • Sound communications skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management & interpersonal ability
  • We are keen to hear from individuals who are reliable and can provide us with real-life examples of their success in current/previous roles and how they would fit into and improve this role.

The salary band for this role is between $47,208 to $54,253 pro-rata, dependent on skills and experience.
