Working closely with the Digital Strategy Team, deployment groups, Customer Experience Centre (CEC), Multi-Channel Experts (MCE), IT, Marketing and the branch network, you will:
- Understand benefits and business challenges (impacts and scope of digital change)
- Ensure that the analytics solutions put in place by you or other data specialists help solve business issues and/or add value in decision-making
- Work with the digital project management team to help identify priorities and influence orientations and decisions
- Help analyze the impacts and risks of changes to users and recommend KPIs to monitor performance
- Participate in IT team scrums to provide pertinent information to the teams involved
- Track data proactively and anticipate issues in order to develop mitigating solutions
- Organize and improve data management and oversee data quality
- Prepare and provide progress reports to the project committee and the management team
- Support project delivery through innovation and make recommendations that will influence the development of monitoring structures for cross-sector digital performance (KPI dashboards, etc.)
- Provide expert advice to develop and implement effective dashboards to track the performance of digital changes
- Collaborate and work in synergy with internal and external partners to bring about the desired benefits with respect to business priorities (Personal Banking cross-sector)
- Positively influence and motivate stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
Profile
- A bachelor's degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience OR a master's degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in data analysis, identifying performance indicators and producing dashboards
- Experience delivering dashboards to track business performance
- Knowledge of Python, SQL
- Proficiency with Excel and BI tools (Power BI)
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Excel and Access)
- Good knowledge of collaboration tools: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, an asset
- Experience of project deployment in a banking institution, a major asset
- Interpersonal and communication skills, client focused
- Ability to prioritize activities that maximize business value.
