Ko tā mātou mahi -  Our Role

The Analyst - Information (People) will embed HR system administration processes and support the analytics work led by the Senior Analyst - Information (People). You'll contribute to our increased capability as we move to a predictive and trend-focussed approach to people data analytics. You will play an important role in providing, maintaining and analysing HR information, to support Kāinga Ora's decision making and reporting requirements.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • Experience working with an HR Information or payroll system will be an absolute advantage
  • Strong communication skills and experience of interpreting data and reporting in a clear and concise manner
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort dealing with large amounts of data, developing systematic approaches to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Experience and/or willingness to work with powerBI and coding languages such as SQL, vba, R, pthyon
  • The ability to interpret and anticipate requirements, asking the right questions to ensure delivery of the right information or solution
  • Comfortable with turning around adhoc queries at pace
  • A natural affinity for systems and processes coupled with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
