Research & Insights
Help to create employee insights data reports using existing templates as well as identifying opportunities to improve processes / procedures
Provide project coordination support by working closely with various team members on existing and emerging needs
Collaborate with senior team members to translate business needs into recommendations / program design (specific to new programs in development
Talent Acquisition Marketing:
Design digital assets (i.e. banners, social cards, etc.) and adherence to brand guidelines
Coordinate with our internal team to update and maintain the Email Marketing Content Calendar
Create email reporting dashboards / reports and analysis of campaign performance in order to provide actionable recommendations and continuous improvements of our program
Support a team of Marketing Managers on the delivery and execution of marketing campaigns
Update and maintain our Global Recruitment Marketing Collateral site
Workplace Marketing:
Works closely with a marketing group to create, write, and develop marketing and communication materials / deliverables across all channels (e.g. podcasts, web and broadcast)
Manage internal social collaborative communities to keep content updated and aligned to overall communication and marketing strategies
Researches and collects resources required for content development
