Your role:

• Analyze information received on market events and write memos for investment advisors
• Collect, compile, and verify the accuracy of the varied and available data and reflect it in the client portfolios
• Identify all risk elements associated with a file or situation
• Analyze securities position and prepare accounting entries to reflect mandatory and optional reorganization events in client accounts
• Interact with the various sectors of the Bank and more experienced professionals in order to offer support in daily operations
• Identify the needs of stakeholders, identify the problem presented and adapt your interventions, while providing quality service

We offer the opportunity to work remotely. This position reports to the Manager. You will collaborate daily with a team of several experts including Sectors Related Operations, Business Partners, Traders at different trading desks.

Required skills:

• Three-year college or university degree or academic equivalent, and four years of relevant experience
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written if required in French and English
• Knowledge of securities and various financial products
• Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Initiative, organization, speed, and precision

Preferred skills:

• Experience related to securities operations, desirable
• Knowledge of ISM, AS400, XSP, desirable
