As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for working in a team environment to assist in the areas of customer service and administration for Precision Dental Laboratory. And, there’s plenty of scope for professional development too!

What does the job look like?
- To receive and handle incoming and outing calls and emails;
- Responsible for meeting and greeting clients or visitors to the site and taking them through our internal and building induction and sign in process;
- To query and investigate any jobs/cases that may require further follow up and liaise with appropriate team leaders to find a successful resolution for the customer;
- You will be responsible for all incoming and outgoing goods to customers, suppliers, partners including invoicing and logistics;
- To think creatively and to support the company expectation regarding continuous and ongoing improvement and refinement of our processes and procedures;
- Liaise with and provide direct assistance to the finance team when required;
- Entering creditor invoices for Auckland and Wellington;
- Provide assistance with scanning, model work, CADCAM and 3D Printing as required
- Provide assistance to the General manager, lab supervisor, Marketing department and other members of the Precision Dental team when required; and,
- Contribute to and ensure safe working environment for all employees, clients and other key stakeholders
Your Talents:
- Business Administration or Office Support formal qualifications would be highly regarded.
- Experience within the Dental/Healthcare Industry (Desirable);
- 2-5+ years administration and/or office management experience (Desirable);
- Ability to deal with difficult customers/cases
- Have a positive 'can do' attitude
- A high standard of work values and ethics;
- Competent using computers
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills;
- Be able to work autonomously as well as within a team
- to communicate and work well within a team environment
- Reliable, highly organised with a professional and friendly disposition
