What we are looking for

State Street Alpha Data Services is looking to hire a Technical Delivery Lead who will be responsible for both Business Analysis and delivery of Alpha Data Integration projects. Make sure data integration solutions will lead to the desired business outcomes and to support the design of the target state solution.

The role owns building of standard F2B interfaces, custom builds for clients, business analysis, leadership, quality and timely delivery of client implementation projects. Role is responsible to gather business requirements and develop scope both at business and technical level. Will coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure product adherence to business requirements and architectural direction. Will provide key input/status to senior-level business stakeholders during project design build and testing phases.

What you will be responsible for:

• Ensure technical product delivery is coordinated between technology teams with dependencies identified and managed.
• To provide support and direction to business analysts, business system analysts and developers to ensure client/product requirements are met
• Act as interaction point for Product owners Project managers and delivery teams.
• Monitors and ensures the regular distribution of key delivery metrics for the team.
• Ensure Scrum processes are maintained matured and aligned with overall delivery process.
• Maintain a business outcome focused application portfolio regularly communicated to main stakeholders including business leaders and product owners.
• Lead and consult the team in requirement gathering, development, definition and controlling of technical standards and methodologies.
• Independently compile, analyse and interpret information related to complex business/system processing.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent,
• Minimum 15 years related experience in financial services technical projects, experience in data integration projects
• Knowledge of financial service industry – Data management, Investment Accounting, Performance experience preferred
• Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL tools
