This key role will develop IT strategy, application blueprints, roadmaps and solutions for Digital, Enterprise Architecture, Platform Modernization, Cloud, Product Management, Automation, Service Management for complex digital transformation programs that deliver business value. 

The ideal candidate will understand how Digital Technology transforms the experiences of customers, employees, and suppliers and fully appreciate the transformation journey necessary across the IT and business landscape. We would love to talk with you if you have experiences as an advisor to clients to drive solutions for clients to be digital ready, accelerate adoption through technology, process, and operating models and orchestrate transformation through an implementation roadmap. The ideal candidate should be able to share our Consulting approach, solutions with clients, highlight the key benefits and lead execution activities for complex digital transformation programs 

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Project Managment, or Scrum
• At least 4 of those years working as an Agile Coach 
• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
• Serve in a client-facing role, working directly with clients on their transformations
• Integrate related methodologies within the company
• Develop standards and requirements for the agile process
• Train Agile Teams to enable them to transition to an Agile way of working.
• Help teams navigate agile tools and software
• Encourage employee and stakeholder buy-in
• Enable the Agile Transformation by empowering teams to develop an Agile mindset
• Setting up governing policies to support Agile-based approaches.
• Define the measurement system by way of identifying relevant metrics.
• Facilitate change in new ways of working.
• Apply System thinking to expose bottlenecks.
• Evaluate and Advise Agile Frameworks.
• SAFe SPC or equivalent is preferred
• Legal work authorization to work in the country the role is located
