About You
An opportunity exists for an Advisor and Consultant to join Fronto Advisory's Quality and Auditing branch. The successful candidate will be assigned caseload in their specific industry to manage variety of projects. In addition to the consultancy, the successful candidate may also be engaged to design industry specific training contents as well as delivery of training workshop and webinars across selection of events different topics. Other task include but not limited to:
- Managing a caseload of new and existing clients via phone, video call or face to face.
- Offering consultation, advice and mentoring with the assistance of our lead consultant
- Completing and submission of new Aged/Home Care registration and licencing in line with Aged Care standards and requirements
- Compliance and audit preparation
- Working closely with the marketing branch, Help develop, define, and deliver an agreed industry specific webinars and workshops
- Guide the continuous improvement of the existing training and education portfolio and actively seek opportunities to augment and enhance it for business gain
- Speaker management, including providing training on online/virtual content delivery
- Hosting / technical moderation of webinars
- Provide support for larger virtual and in-person events, assisting with hosting and registration
- Delivering exceptional digital and face to face education sessions, to support the growth of our customer base.
- Taking proactively measures to close leads that may show interested in our services
The role would suit consultant used to working with high levels of stakeholder management, or a professional with significant experience in the Aged and Home Care sector, with interest in taking on advisory and consultation role.
Essential Skills Required:
- Qualification appropriate to the sector
- ISO900 certification preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge and understanding of legislation and how to appropriately apply to assigned projects
- Demonstrated experience managing audits within a complex operational and regulatory environment
- Relevant experience working in the Aged and Home Care industry
- Strong time management skills and to work independently
- Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills
- Designing content for a variety of events; this should include multi stream conferences with a range of different audiences to consider.
- A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment desirable but not mandatory
- Delivering exceptional digital and face to face education sessions, to support the growth of our customer base
- Intellectually curious and interested in learning.
Open to consider travel domestically and internationally when required.
